Seija and Eero Raudaskoski’s Perttulan Kulma is our newest comfortable accommodation in Kärsämäki Sydänmaankylä and it was put into use in August 2025. The site is located between Kärsämäki and Pyhäntä, just a quarter of a mile from the dual carriageway or 10 minutes from the Kajaani-Kokkola road.
- 4 bedrooms (8 new hotel-quality single beds and blackout curtains)
- Living room-kitchen (Fully equipped kitchen and dishes, good refrigerator, large television, air heat pump also cooling)
- 2 toilets, sauna, washroom, dressing room. (Washing machine)
- Separate work cloakroom in the outbuilding, also for storing work equipment
- Covered and furnished terrace facing south, quiet private yard, good parking spaces for cars
Nice details:
The staircase leading to the upper floor is carpeted to ensure noise-free movement between floors. Each room has ventilation windows.
Attention has been paid to lighting.
The dressing room has plenty of hanger space, so there is room for bath towels.
The sauna benches are new. The sauna heater is a new wood-burning heater and the sauna has an opening window. Now it’s a Finnish sauna!
The laundry room has a washing machine and drying space is available both outside and inside.
Perttulan Kulma is personal, comfortable and comfortably furnished. This place creates an atmosphere!
